Paragliding is another air sport that attracts adrenaline seekers from all over the world to Turkey’s incredible natural landmarks. There are several places in Turkey where you can paraglide or find crews that will offer you unforgettable paragliding experience. First in popularity and offering bets conditions is the Turkish Babadag (Father Mountain) that towers above Oludeniz on Turkey's Turquoise Coast near Dalaman.
Offering ideal conditions for paragliding flights, Oludeniz is reputedly the best site for such extreme activities in Europe. In the last ten years it has become a mecca for paragliders from all over the world. Attracted by the perfect flying conditions, paragliders come to Oludeniz to fly and along with that they are offered a beautiful lagoon with long stretch of white sand and turquoise blue waters. Flight durations can last in terms of an hour, dependent upon the experience of the pilot and the quality of the equipment used.
